Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed after noon BST on Friday and over the weekend will be processed within 1-2 days from the following Monday. 

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £40. These orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. For orders under £40, shipping is £4.95 and all orders are sent Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. 

We currently ship to the UK via Royal Mail. We ship to the EU, USA, Canada, and Worldwide via Royal Mail or courier.

We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order and a shipping confirmation email which contains live delivery information and a reference number:

USA, Canada, and EU*

For orders over £150, delivery is free.

For orders under £150, delivery is £21. 

Be aware that packages may be subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. Agency Botanics has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. 

To qualify for the free shipping threshold, the total cost of the order must be £50 / £120 / £200 or more after any discount codes are applied.

Rest of the World 

For orders over £250, delivery is free.
For orders under £250, delivery is £29. 

International Tracked orders come with end to end tracking. We recommend that you follow the tracking information in the shipping confirmation email so that you're at home to receive your parcel and it's not returned to us.

Our international delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 28 days for international orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Import Charges

Your package may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges related to customs once the package reaches its destination. Please note you are responsible for any customs charges related to your shipment if these apply. This includes shipping to the EU. Please visit your government website to determine customs fees. 

Shipping to the rest of world

Please note that the you, the customer are responsible for all taxes, duties and processing costs. We can only offer refunds if the goods are returned to us. So if you decide not to pay any taxes and duties that are due – and this means the courier cannot deliver your parcel to you – we are not able to refund or cancel your order. The courier service will not return goods to us if you do not pay your duties and taxes. So we will not be able to refund you.
