We are all so different and our bodies react in different ways, it is difficult to say how long it will take for you to see a difference. When taking our products we always recommend consistency and following the directions on the bottle to achieve the best results.
You can take them directly in the mouth, however if the herbal taste is too strong for you, then mix the recommended amount in water or juice. You can also add the recommended amount to boiling water to create a tea and help with evaporating the small amount of alcohol found in the tinctures.

Our herbal tinctures are thoroughly tested and have robust safety profiles. However, if you are undergoing any form of medical investigation, receiving any treatment or taking medications to please speak with your medical practitioner for guidance.
We use 25-35% Organic, GMO-free, cane ethanol and 70% spring water in the extraction of the herbal compounds. The alcohol is important in order to extract alcohol soluble compounds that are not extracted through water alone.
Only a very small amount of alcohol is consumed when taking tinctures. To evaporate off the alcohol, you can add freshly boiled water to your tincture.
All our practitioner-grade tinctures are produced in a GMP-certified manufacturing facility in England. Our tinctures are HerbMark® quality which means our manufacturer has completed an in-depth audit process that ensures each tincture is manufactured to pharmaceutical standards. All of our herbal products regularly undergo pesticide and microbial testing to ensure purity and the highest of standards.
None of our products require refrigeration. We do recommend storing them in a cool, dark place away from direct heat and light for maximum freshness.
If you are breastfeeding or pregnant we recommend you talk to your healthcare provider before using any herbal products.
We recommend our products are used by adults over the age of 18.
Our manufacturer is BDA Certified Organic across the UK and the EU.
Our tinctures are either a ratio of 1:3 and 1:4 (containing 1 gram of herb per 3ml or 4ml of tincture).
Our tinctures are potent concentrations and we recommend taking 3-4ml of our tinctures daily.
Yes, our tinctures regularly undergo pesticide and microbial testing to ensure purity and the highest standards.
Herbs have not been studied in regards to any effects on the efficacy of other supplements.
However there are no known contraindications with taking our tinctures, and they are safe to take with other supplements.
That said, as with any supplement, individual responses to herbs can vary. With this in mind, we always recommend any individual concerned about their supplement or health regime, reach out to their personal health care provider.
To measure 1ml we recommend squeezing the top bulb a couple of times before removing from the bottle. This will suction sufficient herbal tincture up the glass dropper.
Your pipette should fill up to halfway up the glass dropper. 1 half pipette = 1 ml.
There may be some residue in your tincture- this is normal!
The appearance of concentrated compounds on the tincture's dropper is a normal result of our small batch extraction and percolation process and this is something we actually look for as a sign of potency upon extraction of specific herbs
Overall, if there is residue in your tincture, don't worry - this is full of the good stuff!
Please shake your tincture bottle before use to evenly distribute the components.
A difference in colour, batch to batch, can be expected! We try to minimize this but because we work with whole plant extract and don't standardize our extracts, these slight changes in colour batch to batch are normal.
We use only whole plant extracts rather than standardized extracts because we want to harness the whole plant’s benefits, rather than rely on isolated compounds.

Sustainability
Yes, all of our packaging is recyclable.
Our herbs are sourced from organic farms and suppliers.
Preserving plant biodiversity is a major concern for us. We never use plants that are threatened or endangered due to overharvesting or habitat loss. If a plant is under pressure in its natural habitat, we use the cultivated species or we do not use it.

Orders + Shipping
In the UK, please allow between 3-5 working days for delivery from the date of your order.
For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department.
If you have not received your order please check the tracking number which would have been emailed to you when your order was dispatched. Please also check around your property to check your parcel has not been left in a safe place. We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £40. These orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. For orders under £40, shipping is £4.95 and all orders are sent Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50 and free EU, US, and Canada shipping on orders over £150 and free worldwide shipping on orders over £250.
To qualify for the free shipping threshold, the total cost of the order must be £50 / £150 / £250 or more after any discount codes are applied.
Your tracking number is emailed to you when your order was dispatched. If you are unable to find it please do send an email to hello@agencybotanics.com and we can assist you further.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received them in. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the arrival date of your package. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product and you didn't contact our customer service team at hello@agencybotanics.com you do not qualify for a return.
Once we've connected over email, you can return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). Once we receive the item(s), we can provide a refund on the payment method used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label). Please remember that the return shipment has its own transit time, therefore refunds won't be issued immediately.
If you have not received an order confirmation please check your junk folder. If you have not been successful with this option please send an email to hello@agencybotanics.com and we can resend your order confirmation.
If you have just placed your order and noticed it is incorrect we may be able to amend or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed and dispatched by our fulfilment team.
Please email us on hello@agencybotanics.com for any urgent order changes. If you have received your order and realised you have ordered incorrectly you can return this order to us for a full refund and order the correct product directly from our website. We do not offer free returns.
