Returns

We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products. but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the product for a refund please email us at hello@agencybotanics.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received them in. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the arrival date of your package. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product and you didn't contact our customer service team at hello@agencybotanics.com you do not qualify for a return.

Once we've connected over email, you can return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). Additional costs such as delivery charges (express or otherwise), any customs, and import duties or taxes (on deliveries outside of the United Kingdom) cannot be refunded.

Once we receive the item(s), we can provide a refund on the payment method used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label). Please remember that the return shipment has its own transit time, therefore refunds won't be issued immediately.
